    Malware and spyware sometimes can't be found by your normal antivirus. There are some programs which can find these and should be run around once every month.     Registry Cleaners

    Stay away from all kinds of this. They usually cause more problems than they solve, so avoid using registry cleaners at all costs.

    These should be practised often, and it would speed up your computer and keep it free of malware and spyware. This will ensure your personal files are safe.
