In the age of technology, a new discovery in computer science enhances the communication system a step further. If it is used for goodwill of mankind, the world will be a place of heaven for humanity.

What is nano- technology?

A particle is said to be a small object and is classified in terms of the size of its diameter. It is said to be fine for a range between 100-2500 nanometers, and ultrafine for a range of 1-100 nanometers. (1nm= 10-9cm). It is the character of the atom and the size of the atom that determines the property of the matter. The electrical property of a substance abruptly changes with the size of the atom. The insulator silicon becomes a conductor of electricity. Carbon is non-conductor but carbon nano-tube is the fasted and hardest conducting substance.

What is carbon nano tube?

The Massachusetts based American company Nantero, the only company at present in the world was manufacturing carbon nano-tube based on nanotechnology since 2003. It is highly cost effective and beyond the reach of common people. It is expected that very soon the manufacturing cost will be reduced and people would be able to afford to purchaize the materials of new technilogy. Nano-tubes are unique semiconductors.

What is the use of carbon nano tube?

These are tiny carbon nanotube, very good semi conducting substances. These are used in the manufacture of RAM (random access memory) in the computer technology. The memory formed with nanotubes becomes so small that the computer system becomes hundred times faster.

什么是納米技術?

馬薩諸塞州的美國公司 Nantero 是世界上目前唯一自2003年以來以納米技術為基礎制造碳納米管的公司。具極尖端及極高的成本效益,預計不久制造成本的減低,人們將能擁有此新科技材料。納米管是獨特的半導體。

碳納米管的應用?

這些微小的碳納米管,是非常好的半導電物質。用于制造計算機技術中的隨機存取記憶體(RAM),與碳納米管一起形成的記憶體非常小,計算機系統(tǒng)速度會因而快百倍。
