摘要：本文比較分析了國內(nèi)外李斯特菌的檢測(cè)方法、不同標(biāo)準(zhǔn)限量值的差異。介紹了國內(nèi)外李斯特菌快速檢測(cè)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用及存在的問題，對(duì)我國微生物快速檢測(cè)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了概述，探討了李斯特菌快速檢測(cè)技術(shù)的未來發(fā)展方向，對(duì)李斯特菌檢驗(yàn)方法探索及快速檢測(cè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展具有一定的借鑒意義。

 

　　Abstract: This paper describes the difference of detection methods and limits for Listeria monocytogenes at home and abroad and introduces the current application and problems of rapid detection technology of Listeria monocytogenes. The overview of the progress of rapid detection of microorganisms in China is presented in this paper. Meanwhile, this paper discusses the future development trend of rapid detection technology of Listeria monocytogenes. This paper has a certain significance for Listeria monocytogenes inspection and development of rapid detection technology in China.
